Refund Policy
We have a generous 14 Day return policy which means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to send an item back.
To be eligible for a full refund (minus original shipping costs), your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Sadly sale items cannot be returned so please make sure you refer to our Woofwards size guide before placing your order.
We recommend that you carefully try new items indoors, just in case you need to return them.
Note: Items returned after the 14 day time period or in an unsatisfactory condition will not be eligible for a refund.
OUR SIMPLE 3 STEP RETURNS PROCESS:
1. Pop your item(s) in a packaging bag with your packing slip. Please make a note of which items you are returning and why.
2. Return your items to:

3. You will receive an automatic email notification from our website once your return has been received and your refund has been approved. If there are any issues with your return, we will make contact with you. We aim to process returns within 7 working days.
Note: Returns are at the cost and responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a recorded postage service to ensure your return arrives to us safely. Woofwards cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Faulty/damaged items
Please inspect the items upon receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item in error so that we can look into the issue and hopefully quickly rectify it for you.
Exchanges
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately via hello@woofwards.co.uk - whilst we will make every effort to help cancel or amend this prior to dispatch, we regret that we cannot cancel or amend your order if this has already been processed and packed. In this instance, you will be required to return the item at your cost and/or place a new order.
We always highly recommend measuring your dog and using our handy Woofwards size guide prior to purchasing your collars or harnesses to ensure you find the correct size for your dog.

Refund Update
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any postage costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
